Nerd Squad Academy was founded on a simple idea: strengthening knowledge, one student at a time.
With that goal in mind, co-founder Dr. Cyrus Abbasi made it his priority to create an alternate to impersonal learning centers. His focus is to provide exceptional one-on-one academic and test preparatory services to families who seek the utmost level of learning quality and convenience for their children. Dr. Abbasi’s primary goal is to nurture young minds by boosting their confidence and providing them with the necessary techniques and tests to help them transform into intellectually strong-minded individuals.
From early on, Dr. Abbasi was always drawn toward exceeding his education. While obtaining a BS in Civil engineering and a PhD in Mechanical engineering, he soon came to realize that many of his peers lacked the learning capabilities that he had. Thus, he started to lead study sessions and applied his own learning techniques in order to bring the same joy of knowledge to his fellow classmen. With all the academic success and positive feedback from his classmates, Dr. Abbasi realized that by applying his simple learning techniques, he could help any student achieve his or her academic goals. With that thought, Nerd Squad Academy was formed.
Ever since its creation, Nerd Squad Academy has heavily invested in curriculum development for its academic and test preparatory programs. In addition, it has become the company’s mission to train its highly-credential tutors with consistent and reliable techniques in order to deliver excellent results to families. To date, Nerd Squad Academy has helped dozens of students achieve the motivation, confidence and scores in order to surpass their academic endeavors.
